Participants and accompanying persons are kindly requested to wear their personal name badge during all workshop events.

Registration and Information Desk

The registration desk will open in the Lobby on B1F by following schedule.

October 29th : from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
October 30th –31st : from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM
November 1st : from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Lunch and Coffees

Lunches are served at the Lobby of the Event Hall.
October 30th : from 12:30 AM to 2:00 PM
October 31st : from 0:00 PM to 1:30 PM
November 1st : from 0:00 PM to 1:30 PM
Please make sure that you take your luncheon during this duration.
Coffee breaks will take place from October 30th to November 1st at the Lobby of the Event Hall.

Welcome Mixer

Welcome mixer (buffet style) will be held at the night before the workshop. All registered attendees of workshop and accompanied persons are welcome.
October 29th: from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Reception Hall B on 2F

Conference Dinner

A conference dinner for the workshop attendees and accompanied persons will be held at the following schedule.
Advanced registration is requested to join.
November 1st: from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Banquet room, Stera in Hotel Westin Awaji

Other Information

Smoking policy
For the comfort and health of all attendees, smoking is not permitting in the Event Hall

Electricity
The electricity used in Awaji Japan is 60Hz, 100 volts. The plug type is type A, flat blade attachment plug. European appliances brought here will require a voltage transformer and a plug adapter.

Taxi service
Kobe taxis operate on a meter system. By law, all rates must be posted in each cab.

Tipping
Tipping is not necessary; service charges are automatically added to the bill.
